Grace is approximately 6 years old and is a tripod due to a leg fracture. She is a sweet greyhound mix (Scottish deerhound?) who is very affectionate and gets along well with other med- large size dogs. Grace needs a home with another doggie companion. Her new home should have few, or no stairs and a fully fenced yard. Grace should not live with cats or very small dogs.
Adopted! Mille is around 3 years old. She likes to go for walks (actually she likes to go for sniffs) . If you are looking for a dog who takes their time and likes to smell everything as she meanders along, this girl is for you. She gets along with the other dogs in foster care. Her favorite thing to do is eat treats!. Millie should not live with cats.
Gi arrived from Spain. He is an Irish Greyhound around 6 years old. He is very affectionate with people and is a true velcro boy. He travels well in a car. Gi likes the companionship of other dogs and has done well with the other dogs in foster care. Gi should not live with cats or small dogs. no dog parks for Gi.
Update 7/20/26. Boka is still looking for her forever home. She makes friends will all the dogs in foster care. She loves treats and is now taking them from volunteers. She is very affectionate with her foster mom. Boka needs a home with a fully fenced yard and someone who will enjoy helping this sweet girl come out of her shell.
Update: 5/26. Boka is now taking walks in the front yard! Some dogs just need to do things at their own pace. Her confidence level is increasing with the folks that volunteer. She is also showing a bit of interest in chasing squirrels and the occasional cat that dares to venture close to the back yard. (so a home without kitties is probably best)
Update 3/9/26 Boka is still looking for her forever home. She loves treats and hanging out with her buddy Jewel.
Update: 11/19/25 Boka now enjoys playing with the other dogs in foster care! She is becoming more social with her foster mom, however new people are still scary. She is not yet ready to take walks.
Boka is estimated to be 4 years old. She is very shy with people and will do best in a quiet household with no children. She would like a doggie companion but not a playmate. She is not playful and will probably never enjoy a dog park. Walks are much too scary for her so a fully fenced yard will be necessary. Boka is a petite greyhound, she weight 46 pounds.
adopted! Tilly is around 2 years old. She enjoys the companionship of other dogs, and follows their lead. She is a little unsure of new things. She has started to pick up toys and enjoys sniffing the yard. She has discovered that treats are yummy. Walks are pretty scary right now. She will need a home with a confident dog, a fully fenced yard and an adopter who will give her the time to settle in.
George is estimated to be 2.5 years old. He weighs around 55 pounds. DNA results! : 72% Saluki 28% Greyhound. George has learned the doggie door in foster care and enjoys lounging in the sun. George seeks out attention from people and is a snuggler. George enjoys lots of sniffing on walks. He can be fearful of other dogs he see and will need work on his leash reactivity. George did well with his introduction to a small dog. He should not live with cats.

Adopted! Lennie is the brother to George. DNA results! : 72% Saluki 28% Greyhound He weighs around 60 pounds and is estimated to be 2.5 years old. Lennie is an affectionate dog. He is looking for a quiet home with a fully fenced yard and ideally a doggie door. He is a dog who is NOT up for adventures. He would gladly lounge around the house and yard receive cuddles and be a very happy guy. Lennie should not live with cats or small dogs.
UPdate: Lennie has made such progress since his arrival in April. He has learned how to walk nicely on leash. Enjoys meeting new people and really settled in.
Adopted! Concho – is a handsome greyhound mix. He is around 5-6 years old. 65 pounds He is such a nice boy and has good leash manners. Concho would like a home with another doggie companion. He did well with his introduction to a small dog. Cat testing pending.

adopted! Fast Susan is a petite greyhound mix (lurcher) 55 pounds. She gets along well with the other dogs in foster care and did well with her introduction to a small dog. Susan is friendly with people. She likes to play with toys and do zoomies in the yard. She would like another doggie companion or someone who is home the majority of the time. Susan met 2 indoor cats and showed no interest.
